I guess getting older is part of life; and along with it comes an adjustment – to life, to your energy level, and of course, to retail stores deciding to change the brands and styles they carry.
Along with this revelation, Sephora has proved to be no exception. This past weekend they were running a 2x points on skincare promotion, so naturally, I stopped by to pick up some of the goodies I mentioned in my last post.
I decided to seek out a new leave-in conditioner (I love Fekkai) and was shocked when I was greeted with only a handful of options – and none of the ones I’m used to seeing. What the $%%##? Fekkai is nowhere to be found! The lady informed me they no longer carry that brand. Why? Is it too low-scale for their classy hair products?
I’m the kind of girl that carries a separate container in my purse chock-full of coupons. I love deals. But I also love luxury and prefer to dabble in both.
Is Sephora getting too snobby and exclusive with their haircare products? Or am I just getting too old and stuck in my ways? What do you think?
XOXO
